After
a long period, construction work of Kutubdia para has been started. It is
running quite nicely. It was their long cherished dream. In the past, they
heard lots of sweet words from their leaders but nothing came to truth. Now the
people of this area are quite happy because, they know that, what’s going on.
They have been suffering from it for one decade. On the other hand, they are
the victim of climate change and always remain in a frighten of losing their
land though they are the member of 1-no ward. At least 40-45000 people are
living here, most of them are labor. It would be a great mistake, if I forgot
to write about dry fish production. The biggest dry fish market of south Asia
is also here. Due to communication system, the dry fish business men have to
count lots of loss. Now they are expecting a proper communication system and
good market. As a result, Government can also gain a good amount of tool from here.

Really, now. Who ever saw
John Cena coming? When he debuted on SmackDown in June 2002, he was just a
beefy guy in purple trunks. Within a year of his introduction, he transformed
into the battle-rapping, chain-wielding “Doctor of Thuganomics.” Now, he’s the
biggest star in WWE — but he’s also the most polarizing.
Fans love him or hate him.
There’s no middle ground, and that’s the power of John Cena. Whatever you think
of The Champ, there’s no denying his actions impact everything and everyone
around him. Sure, he has his detractors, and they’re vocal, but Cena is still
easily the most admired competitor in WWE, as evidenced by his nine
million–plus Facebook followers. Cenation is strong. And its message is
spreading. Whether competing in the squared circle, performing in front of the
camera or donating time to charitable organizations like Make-A-Wish, The Champ
is there.
A product of West Newbury,
Mass., Cena discovered sports and weightlifting in his teens. He attended
Springfield College, where he earned a degree in exercise physiology and
excelled as a Division III All-American offensive lineman. Although he grew up
a huge fan of such Superstars as Hulk Hogan and Ultimate Warrior, Cena only
seriously considered becoming one himself while working the counter at Gold’s
Gym in Venice, Calif. There, a wrestler-in-training encouraged him to enroll in
class to learn the ropes. From day one, he was hooked.
A year later, Cena was
signed by WWE to a developmental contract. What did he have that others didn’t?
A physique that looked as though it were formed from Portland cement, mic
skills that would shame a Roman senator, the tireless perseverance of Superman,
and a devastating move that could turn even the most cast-iron grapplers into
bags of mulch.
Throughout the past
decade, Cena has amassed many honors, most notably an amazing 11 WWE
Championships and two World Heavyweight Titles. He’s no stranger to struggle —
in 2012 alone he lost to The Rock at WrestleMania XXVIII, fell to CM Punk on
multiple occasions and became the first Superstar to unsuccessfully cash in a
Money in the Bank contract — but the man does not quit.
In 2013, the Cenation
Leader has displayed his determination, winning the 2013 Royal Rumble Match and
going on to WrestleMania where he defeated The Rock in the main event to win
redemption and the WWE Title. Since then, Cena has faced down massive
challengers like Ryback and Mark Henry, and refused to be denied. That is,
until SummerSlam, when Daniel Bryan — whom Cena personally chose to face
at The Biggest Party of the Summer — bested the Cenation Leader and won
the WWE Title.
An injury put Cena on the
sideline after that bout, but he returned to the ring at WWE Hell in a Cell on
Oct. 27, where he defeated Alberto Del Rio to claim the World Heavyweight Title
and his 14th World Championship reign. In a rematch at Survivor Series, Cena
proved his surgically repaired arm was 100% as he defeated The Mexican Aristocrat.
The Champ entered the
biggest contest in WWE history when he faced WWE Champion Randy Orton in a
Tables, Ladders & Chairs Match at WWE TLC. After a brutal battle, The Viper
emerged victorious, claiming Cena’s title to become the first-ever WWE World
Heavyweight Champion. The two were set for a rematch at Royal Rumble, but Cena
fell short in the effort thanks to the interference of Bray Wyatt.
At Elimination Chamber,
Cena was one of the final Superstars left in the contest when The Wyatt Family
attacked. Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan decimated Cena, allowing for
Randy Orton to eliminate the Cenation leader from the match. The next night on
Raw, The Wyatts attacked again, leaving Cena with a severely injured knee after
a brutal assault. Not one to be kept down, Cena returned to call the twisted
clan out, but that seemed to be exactly what they wanted.
Protect the eyes from the sun. Sunglasses once
thought of fashion accessory have now been proven to be essential for good
eyesight . Ultraviolet light rays emitted from the especially UV-B is the most
damaging to the crystalline lens and causes cataracts, corneal changes, and
macular degeneration. Regrettably all sunglasses cannot protect you unless they
specifically stipulate UV protection.
Especially at risk are people who spend long hours in the sun, who have had cataract
surgery or who are taking certain medications such as tranquilizers,
tetracycline and diuretics, are more sensitivity to sunlight. During driving
sunglasses reduce glare and bright stray light preventing accidents.
Regular eye checkup: It is amazing how people will service the car or motorbike
regularly but do not think of servicing the eyes. And eye checkup does not
refer only to a spectacle number check done casually in an optical shop. It
refers to examination on a slit microscope followed by an eye pressure check
for glaucoma, with a detailed retinal examination. If there are any symptoms of
irritation, poking, visual changes, seeing spots, or even tiredness, it merits
a detailed exam.
Eye strain during reading: The book should be well lighted , but the area
surrounding the book should also be well lit . Reading in a dark room leads to
eye strain. Ideally the light should come over your left shoulder. When you
concentrate hard , the blink rate of the eye drops significantly. This leads to
blurring and defused vision. Blink frequently when you study for long periods
of time.
Computer care: Position the computer screen/ laptop so that you are not looking
at the screen straight on. Eyes are designed to work in a position of depressed
convergence, ( ie looking down and in. ). The top of the screen should not be
higher than your eyes. The brightness of the screen should be the same
intensity of the lighting of the surroundings. Try and scheduled your study
sessions early morning rather than late night it induces far less strain. And
remember to take a 5 min break after every 40 min of reading.
Contact lens care: If you are into contact lenses which is perfectly okay, be
sure to select a good manufacturer.Clean lenses twice a day with the advised
solutions regularly. Adhere to your lens schedules . A monthly wear disposable
is to be “disposed “in a month. If there is any redness or poking see your eye
professional immediately -
The very simple way
to proceed with a novel is to take it and continue reading till the end at a
stretch! Of course it will not be possible for anyone to stay glued with a book
for three or four days at a stretch! One needs to eat, sleep and do other
necessary and unnecessary works!
Yet the best way to read a novel is to read it at a stretch! Because there is a
story, there are surprises, there are romances, and there are complexities,
crises and mystery in a novel. One needs to get the full out of it. To do this
there is only one alternative and this is to finish the book at a stretch!
Of course one can take pauses if necessary at the end of a chapter! You can
take a break but remember to begin reading it soon and move forward till you
come to the end. Otherwise you may forget what you have read earlier!
And the very basic problem one faces in reading a novel is vocabulary,
allusions, historical and philosophical context which might be unknown to a new
reader.
It is commonly practiced by most of new readers that they carry a dictionary
along with the novel. When they are stuck on the way, get entangled in myriad
puzzles of words, they start searching those words immediately in a dictionary.
It is the grave fault in dealing with a novel. Because it takes a lot of time
to find a word and the more words you search, the more time you waste to read a
novel. More pathetically, it drains your interest in the novel and you got
stuck and cannot proceed further.
A novel in regard to size is bigger of course. And regular pausing and
searching words make it boring and journey tiresome. As a result reading is
hampered. Actually you cannot reach a destination if you make several pauses
and forget where you will go. Searching words is like make you forget in what
business you are in! You are to read a novel and get the story in it. You are
not reading it to know all the words and their meaning! Keep those for 3rd, 5th
or 10th reading. Or if you make any research on it!
So the things a reader should do or don’t do while reading a novel are as
follows:
Never pause for words: The first thing a reader shouldn’t forget is that you
cannot make a pause and search words in the dictionary. One need not know all
the words in a novel to understand the story in it.
Never panicked with the historical events or references in a novel: A writer
writes staying in his historical and regional context. There will be mention of
many historical events in a novel. A new reader might not know all those details
and find it hard to proceed. But the solution is again the same. Don’t pause
for it. Don’t stop to learn the true or certain events mentioned in the novel,
of course not in the first reading. You can do it in your second, third or
fifth reading! Or when you will do research on it, do PhD on it! Until then it
is not necessary to know all the historical contexts at the first reading.
Ignore philosophy: There are many novels in world literature which are not
merely stories but jam-packed with philosophical and psychological murmuring. A
new or novice reader might go in mesh while going through those episodes. There
is enough possibility of getting lost in the maze of philosophical and
psychological rendering. If you stop and try to learn all those philosophical
and psychological terminologies, it will take years when you will find that you
haven’t read the novel for one’s! So, at the first reading, never give a pause
for philosophy or psychology in a novel. Just move your train to the last
tunnel. Only one very necessary tool you can keep in your finger is a pencil.
Whatever you find interesting, whatever complexities you met, any historical
references you didn’t understood, any philosophical and psychological aspects
you can’t penetrate. Just go on reading and pencil through them! You can deal
well with them later on.
Never stop until you reached to the last line: After you finish your first
reading you will find you understand the novel quite well! Moreover, you did
finish a novel at last! Understanding rate may vary. You can try to find out
the meaning of the words which stood in front of your understanding of the
novel in your second, third or fourth reading. To have a better grasp on it you
can also try to have a better look on the historical context the novel set in
and the philosophical and psychological complexities the novel flooded in yo -
